For those who don’t know,  Steeles was one of the biggest slo-pitch organizations in the world back in the 90’s.   

They won every championship known and they featured the best players in the world and many times were featured in sports illustrated.  

One member was Denny Helmig (aka Hawk or Mr. Worth)    Tragically Denny lost a battle with cancer last year after battling it for along time.   

Denny was the face of Worth Sports for many years and represented the brand at every major partner.    He was a member of the Steeles organization and was one of their best players when he was a young buck…   

Denny was a legend and this bat is in his honor.   It’s important to know the history of this bat to understand what it represents
