At Baseball Promotion Store, we stand behind our equipment like a catcher behind home plate. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of baseball and softball gear. If you’re not happy with your order, we’ll make it right with our straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- Item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Batting helmets (after removal of protective film)
- Catchers equipment that shows signs of use
- Cleats and shoes that have been worn outdoors
- Personalized or custom-ordered items
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Request a Return Authorization
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Use the template below to ensure we get all necessary information:
Step 2: Package Your Return
Once approved, carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging with all tags still attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
Step 3: Ship Your Return

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-5 business days after processing (depending on your bank)
- PayPal: Typically within 24 hours of processing
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
Exchanges
Need a different size or model? We’ll happily exchange your item:
- Follow the return process above to send back your original item
- In your return request email, specify the replacement item you’d like
- Once we receive your return, we’ll ship your replacement
If the replacement item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item (rare, but it happens), contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll send a replacement right away and cover all shipping costs.
